Being a Kentucky resident her entire life, Eva Sanford has a genuine love for her home state. Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Eva worked as the administrative office and marketing assistant for Guerrant Real Estate. During this time, she developed a desire to assist families with purchasing and selling of their homes while marketing the team’s listings. Eva is a Kentucky state licensed insurance agent and has worked in sales through servicing families with their insurance needs. She also possesses an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration Accounting. Eva and her husband, Jeff, have three children and three beautiful grandchildren. Outside of real estate, Eva enjoys spending time with her family, attending classic car shows, horseback riding, reading, and traveling.
